Pub Street in Siem Reap

Want $.50 beers, delicious Cambodian bbq, even Mexican food? Head to Pub Street in Siem Reap. The liveliest areas in Siem Reap after dark is Pub Street and the alleys off Pub Street. Tons of restaurant-bar combinations can be found underneath the neon Pub Street signs. After each day of temple-exploring we would hit up Pub Street to cool down and eat and drink to our heart’s desire. It’s cheap here – very cheap. We’d have four beers totaling to $2 and full meals for around $5. Street buskers and tuk-tuk drivers line the way as hoards of tourists and expats try to spot avaiable street-side seats. We were lucky to score seating upstairs on a few occasions to escape the partying festivities on the street below. We wish we had family and friends with us to experience the area with us –  we will have to return!
